Our History

J.L. Roberts has been delivering quality plumbing and piping solutions for over 70 years. In 1950, J.L. Roberts Plumbing and Heating, Inc. was established by James Leland Roberts with its primary focus on residential plumbing services.

Through the years, the family-owned business grew and became more focused on commercial and industrial plumbing. In May of 2003, the Company acquired a commercial HVAC company and expanded facilities to accommodate a new duct fabrication shop. In January 2004, these two companies merged to become J.L. Roberts Mechanical Contracting LLC.

Today, J.L. Roberts Mechanical is a leading commercial HVAC, plumbing and piping mechanical contractor in Central Mississippi with over 150 employees and 3,000+ successful projects.
